Its high-alkaline, triple-action formula contains buffered-bleach to remove mold stains & mildew stains, chelating agents to lift ground-in dirt, and surfactants to cut grease & grime. The buffered-bleach technology is better suited for marine/outdoor upholstery and outdoor acrylic fabrics including Sunbrella, ensuring it won't harm stitching or threads. More effective than unbuffered "bleach-water" based products or diluted supermarket brands, it's perfect for boats, homes, RVs, and commercial use. DIRECTIONS: Just spray or wipe. Do not rinse until mildew stain disappears. Stubborn stains may require a second application and light scrubbing. Rinse well after use. Not recommended for use on all fabrics including cotton; test for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area before proceeding with overall cleaning.
