DIRECTIONS:

Descaling by Recirculation:

Isolate and drain the system to be descaled, ensuring no raw water can be introduced during the process. Disable the compressor or chiller to prevent operation during descaling. Flush the system with fresh water to remove any remaining seawater prior to beginning.

Fill the system with the required amount* of ready-to-use Descaling Fluid. Set up a recirculating system with a suitable pump, ensuring both inputs and outputs feed/drain the solution from a container or bucket. If a pump cannot be used, allow the product to soak within the system for 4-8 hours. DO NOT seal the system off, as gassing during the process may create excess pressure and cause damage.

Drain the solution from the system and dispose of it in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.

Flush the system with fresh water to remove any remaining descaling fluid, then reassemble properly. It is recommended to replace all sacrificial anodes at this time.

Equipment Soak: Fully submerge equipment in the solution for 4-8 hours or until scale has dissolved. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water.
